We use a web-based collaborative project management system and W3 standards coding to promote quality assurance, all under an Agile development framework. Even though we develop using Agile methods we value elements of traditional BDUF/BRUF/BMUF and draw on its benefits.

Our hybrid Agile/traditional approach allows each project to have defined line-items & success milestones. This ensures accountability through good record keeping. It also gives stakeholders a better view of the "finish line" while at the same time allowing for changes to project requirements at any phase of the project without "major" rewrites or cost over-runs.
